What we move
- Your website files (e.g. WordPress, themes, images).
- Your databases.
- Your email accounts and their messages.
How many websites
As many as your plan allows:
- Basic VPS Hosting: 1 website
- Standard VPS Hosting: 3 websites
- Premium VPS Hosting: 5 websites
- Enterprise VPS Hosting: unlimited
How to request it
- When ordering, select Free website migration and tell us which website to move and who your current provider is. If you didn't, open a support ticket once your plan is active.
- We will ask, through a support ticket, for access to your current provider (e.g. cPanel, Plesk or FTP) or a full backup. Never put passwords in the order form.
- We move everything, check with you that it all works, and coordinate the DNS change so your website is offline for as little time as possible.
