Plesk is the control panel for your hosting. Here is how to log in to it securely.
Log in from the Client Area (recommended)
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Go to My Services and select your hosting plan.
- On the service page, click the Plesk login button shown there.
- Plesk opens in a new tab, already logged in, without typing a password.
Log in with username and password
If you prefer to log in directly, use your service's access details. You will find them on the service page in the Client Area or in the activation email you received.
What you will find in Plesk
- Websites & Domains: your websites, SSL, PHP settings and File Manager.
- Mail: your email accounts.
- Databases: databases and phpMyAdmin.
- WordPress: the WordPress Toolkit.
I can't log in
- Make sure the service is active. If an invoice is overdue, the service may have been suspended. See Renewals, overdue invoices & suspension.
- Check the network status for any maintenance work.
- Try logging in from the Client Area, which needs no password.
Tip: also protect your Client Area account with two-factor authentication (2FA).
