Most services renew every billing cycle. Here you will see how renewal works and what happens if an invoice stays unpaid.
How renewal works
- 14 days before the due date a renewal invoice is generated and emailed to you.
- Pay it from Invoices with whichever payment method you prefer.
- Once paid, the service continues normally for the next cycle.
What happens if payment is late
- From the due date onwards the invoice becomes overdue.
- 5 days after the due date the service is suspended automatically. The website and email of that service stop working while it is suspended.
- Services are not terminated automatically. Even so, do not leave a service suspended for a long time.
Reactivating after suspension
- Log in to the Client Area and open the overdue invoice.
- Pay it. Card and PayPal payments are recorded immediately.
- The service is reactivated after payment. If it still does not work, open a support ticket.
Domains
Domains have their own expiry date, separate from hosting. An expired domain can be lost, so give it special attention. See Domain renewal & expiry.
Tip: make sure your account email is correct so you receive invoices and reminders. You can check it in Account Details.
