This article explains when invoices are issued, where to find them and how to pay them.
When an invoice is issued
- Every new order generates an invoice straight away.
- For renewals, the invoice is generated 14 days before the due date, giving you time to pay it.
- You receive an email every time an invoice is issued.
All amounts are in euros and include VAT, as itemised on the invoice.
How to pay an invoice
- Open Invoices in the Client Area.
- Click the invoice with the status Unpaid.
- Choose a payment method and click Pay Now.
- After payment, the status changes to Paid and you receive a confirmation email.
Invoice statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Unpaid | Payment is pending. |
| Paid | The payment has been recorded. |
| Overdue | The due date has passed without payment. |
| Cancelled | The invoice is no longer valid. |
Downloading and invoice details
From each invoice page you can download it as a PDF or print it. The details shown (company name, address, VAT number) come from your Account Details. Update them before the next invoice is issued if anything has changed.
If an invoice stays unpaid, see what happens in Renewals, overdue invoices & suspension.
