OX App Suite is a professional email service on your own domain, separate from hosting. It is useful if you want email without a hosting plan, or if you need calendar, contacts and collaboration tools.

Getting started
- Go to the Professional email page and choose a plan.
- Choose the domain you want email for. If you do not have one yet, you can register one.
- Complete the order and pay the invoice.
- In My services, open the service and create your mailboxes.
- Set the DNS records (MX and SPF) the service shows you. If the domain is with us, let us know if you need help.
OX App Suite or Plesk email?
- Plesk email: included in VPS hosting plans, ideal for simple needs. See Creating an email account.
- OX App Suite: independent of hosting, with webmail, calendar and contacts.
Note: a domain receives email from only one provider at a time, depending on its MX records. If you move existing email, plan the switch so no messages are lost.
