With a VPS hosting plan with Plesk you can create professional email addresses on your own domain, e.g. info@mybusiness.gr. Here is how.
Steps
- Log in to Plesk (see Logging in to Plesk).
- In the left menu, choose Mail.
- Click Create Email Address.
- Type the first part of the address (e.g.
info) and choose the domain if you have more than one. - Set a strong password. Plesk can suggest one with its generate button.
- If needed, set the mailbox size.
- Click OK. The account is ready.

Useful options in Plesk
- Forwarding: forward messages to another address.
- Auto-Reply: send an automatic reply, e.g. while you are on holiday.
- Webmail: read your email in the browser with no setup.
