Keep your details up to date and your account secure. This article shows where to change your details and password, and how to turn on two-factor authentication.

Changing your account details

  1. Open Account Details.
  2. Update your name, company name, address, phone, email or VAT number.
  3. Click Save Changes.

These details appear on new invoices. Changing your account details does not change the registrant of a .gr domain. For that, see .gr charged actions.

Changing your password

  1. Go to the Security page.
  2. Enter your current password and your new one twice.
  3. Save. Use a password you do not use for any other service.

If you do not remember your password, request a new one at https://myhost.bluemint.gr/password/reset.

Turning on two-factor authentication (2FA)

  1. On the Security page, choose to enable two-factor authentication.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your phone (e.g. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
  3. Enter the six-digit code shown in the app to confirm.
  4. Store the backup code you are given in a safe place.

Giving access to others

Instead of sharing your password, invite people from the Users page and give them only the permissions they need, e.g. invoices only or support tickets only.

Need help? Open a support ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
