Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereafter "Terms") govern the use of our platform, which provides services for website and e-shop hosting, domain registration and management, as well as applications for security, development, and optimization. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The suite of services offered through our website.
• User: Any individual using the services of our platform.
• Services: The features available, such as hosting, domain registration, and related offerings.

2. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the platform.
• Keep account access credentials confidential.
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes or activities that violate these Terms.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or other users' accounts.

3. Provided Services

Our platform provides the following services:

• Website and e-shop hosting.
• Domain registration, management, and renewal.
• Tools and applications for security, development, and optimization.

Access to and use of the services are subject to timely payment of applicable fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance work.
• Loss of data or damages resulting from unauthorized access or misuse of the platform.
• Issues related to third-party services, such as domain registrars or payment providers.

5. Cancellation and Termination

The User may cancel the use of services at any time by following the procedures provided on the platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in cases of non-compliance with these Terms.

6. Pricing and Payments

Service charges are determined based on the current pricing list and displayed during the order process.

• Payments are processed through secure methods such as bank transfers or online payment providers.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services.

7. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you can request a refund of the amount you paid for it within 30 days of its first order.

• The guarantee applies to hosting plans (VPS Hosting with Plesk), for the first order of each plan. It does not apply to renewals.
• Domains, SSL certificates and third-party service licences (e.g. professional email, SiteLock, CodeGuard, NordVPN, Site Builder) are excluded, because they cannot be returned once activated. Some third-party services carry their own guarantee, stated on their page (e.g. XOVI NOW 30 days, NordVPN 15 days).
• Requests are made through a support ticket or a cancellation request from your account, within the 30 days.
• The guarantee does not apply when a service is terminated because these Terms were breached.
• The guarantee does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, such as the right of withdrawal.

8. Free website migration

With every new hosting plan we move your website from your current provider for free: files, databases and email accounts.

• We migrate as many websites as your plan allows: 1 on Basic, 3 on Standard, 5 on Premium and unlimited on Enterprise VPS Hosting.
• We need access to your current provider or a full backup. We ask for access details through a support ticket, never through the order form.
• We coordinate the DNS change with you, so the time your website is unavailable is kept as short as possible.
• You can request the migration while ordering, or with a support ticket after your plan is active.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform announcements. We encourage you to review the Terms regularly.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Athens.
