360 Monitoring continuously checks whether your website is available and alerts you when it stops responding. This way you hear about a problem before your customers tell you.

What it monitors

  • Uptime: whether the website opens normally.
  • Response time: how fast it loads.
  • Alerts: a message when the site goes down and when it is back up.
  • On larger plans, more websites and fuller reports.

How do I activate it?

  1. Choose a plan on the 360 Monitoring page and complete the order.
  2. Open My Services in the Client Area and select the service.
  3. From the service page, log in to the 360 Monitoring dashboard.
  4. Add your website address (e.g. https://www.example.gr).
  5. Set where you will receive alerts, for example your email.

If you get an alert that the site is down

  1. Open the website from another device or network to confirm.
  2. Check the network status and announcements (see Network status & announcements).
