This article explains which payment methods we accept and how to choose the one that suits you for each invoice.
Available payment methods
- Card (Stripe): debit or credit card. Payment is instant and secure through Stripe.
- PayPal: pay with your PayPal account.
- Bank transfer: transfer the amount to our bank account. You will find the bank details in Can I pay by bank transfer?
- Mail In Payment: an alternative method as shown on the invoice, following the instructions given there.
How to choose or change the payment method
- When ordering, you choose the payment method at the last step of the cart.
- For an existing invoice, open Invoices and click the invoice.
- Pick the method you want from the payment method list and follow the on-screen instructions.
Good to know
- For bank transfers, put the invoice number in the payment reference so the payment can be matched quickly.
- Card and PayPal payments are usually recorded immediately. Bank transfers are recorded once they are confirmed.
- There is no prepaid credit balance on accounts. Each payment applies to a specific invoice.
